Design Brief
Creation- Details & Requirements: Documenting the purpose, key messaging, product details, dimensions, and target store types.
- Budget & Timeline: Establish project budgets, deadlines, and milestones.
- Material Preferences: Specify materials.
- Approval Process: Present the design brief to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Prototype
Design- Detailed CAD Designs: Develop precise, scalable 3D models and technical drawings of the display.
- Color & Branding: Integrate brand colors, logos, and other visual elements.
- Mockup Creation: Build a prototype for internal and client review.
Testing &
Iteration- Feedback Collection: Gather insights from stakeholders on the prototype.
- Structural Testing: Ensure the display’s stability, durability, and ease of assembly.
- Retail Environment Fit: Test the display’s functionality in a real or simulated retail setting.
- Modifications: Make adjustments based on the feedback and test results.
Production, Logistics & Distribution
- Manufacturing: Begin large-scale production, ensuring consistent quality control.
- Packaging: Ensure secure and efficient packaging for shipping.
- Shipping Coordination: Plan transportation to retail locations, considering costs and timelines.
Installation
- On-Site Assembly: Provide clear instructions for assembly or offer professional installation services.
- Final Adjustments: Make any necessary adjustments on-site to ensure proper fit and functionality.
- Staff Training: If needed, train store staff on using or maintaining the display.
Post-Installation Evaluation
- Feedback Collection: Obtain feedback from store staff and customers on the display’s performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as sales lift, product visibility, or customer engagement.
- Maintenance Plan: Offer a plan for regular maintenance or updates to the display.
